The deed of establishment was approved by the Ministry of Justice in its decision letter No. C2-4389.HT.01.01.TH.89 dated May 12, 1989 and was published in Supplement No. 1251 of the State Gazette No.54 dated July7, 1989. Presently, the Company acts as a distributor of certain heavy equipment and related spare parts with the trademark of Hitachi, John Deere and Ammann. The Company’s registration statement for the public offering of its 10 million shares of stocks (with Rp 1000 per value per share) at on offer price of Rp 2,800 per share become affective in accordance with the letter No.S-1958/PM/1994 dated December 5, 1994 issued by the Chairman of the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (BAPEPEAM). The excess of the proceeds over the par value of the shares of stock was recorded as “Capital paid in excess of par value”.
