Based on Notarial Deed No. 12 of Popie Savitri Martosuhardjo Pharmanto, S.H., dated November 7, 2000, the Company merged with PT Tudung Putra Jaya and PT Garudafood Jaya and subsequentlychanged its name from PT Garuda Putra Putri Jaya to PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya based on Notarial Deed No. 44 of Popie Savitri Martosuhardjo Pharmanto, S.H., dated August 28, 2001

PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk (the Company) was established in 1972 under the name of PT Tjiwi Kimia and was later renamed to become PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia in 1974.
