Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (the Company) was established under the name of PT Gunung Naga Mas based on Notarial Deed No.229 of Chairani Bustami,S.H. dated August 20,1990 that was amended by Notarial Deed No.25 dated June 6,1991. The change from Foreign Capital Investment (“FCI”) to Domestic Capital Investment (“DCI”) has been approved by the Capital Investment Coordinating Board of the Republic of Indonesia in its Letter No.346/1/IP/PMDN/2016 dated December 15, 2016.

About Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively.
