On November 10, 1980, the Company obtained approval from the Capital Market Supervisory Board (BAPEPAM) to offer a portion of its shares to the public through the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Effective December 22, 1980, 6,150,000 shares of the Company with total par value of Rp 6,150,000 (equivalent to 15% of the total issued and outstanding shares) were officially listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange.
