PT. Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk was incorporated based on the Notarial Deed No. 31 dated February 3, 1977 of Kartini Muljadi, S.H., as amended by Notarial Deed No. 48 dated July 6, 1977 of the same notary. The company has started commercial production since Dec 1979. And started production/assembly of electronics wire/cable in 1993. Drawn wire in 1995 and assembly of optical fibre cable in 1998, tinned copper in 1998.
