The company’s articles of association have been amended several times, most recently by deed No. 200 dated June 30, 1997 of Mrs. Poerbaningsih Adi Warsito, SH, notary public in Jakarta, concerning the changes of the company’s articles of association to comply with Corporate Law no. 1 year 1995, the increase in the company’s authorized capital and the change in par value per share from Rp 1,000 to Rp 500.
