The deed of establishment was approved by the Ministry of Justice in its decision letter No. C2-14507.HT.01.01.Th.2001 dated Nov 29, 2001. The Company’s articles of association has been amended several times, most recently by notarial deed No. 40 of Lena Magdalena S.H., dated Mar 30, 2004, concerning among others, the change in the Company’s name, increasing in capital paid up and public offering of stock.
