The Company’s articles of association has been amended several times, most recently by notarial deed No. 40 of Lena Magdalena S.H., dated Mar 30, 2004, concerning among others, the change in the Company’s name, increasing in capital paid up and public offering of stock.

Starting out in 1949, GMF AeroAsia originated as the Technical Division of Garuda Indonesia Airlines at the Kemayoran and Halim Perdanakusuma airports in Jakarta, Indonesia.
