Home Depot (HD) trades at $350.78, down 1.36% on the day, with a bullish technical outlook supported by moving averages and strong institutional support. The company reported $159.51B in revenue for 2025 with solid profitability metrics including 8.41% net margin and 128.38% ROE. The stock presents a compelling long-term opportunity given strong fundamentals and analyst optimism, though near-term headwinds include weakening big-ticket demand and margin pressure from investments. Housing market sensitivity and competitive pressures remain key risks, but Pro business growth and digital initiatives provide resilience. Current valuation at 24.91 P/E appears reasonable for the quality franchise.
