It has 7 subsidiaries In 1996, it joint venture with Kwan Yang Motor Company, Taiwan to established a motorcycle manufacturing. And on AEGM on June 27th 2001, the meeting decide to change the company's name to Multi Prima Sejahtera Tbk.
