What things should be ensured when topping up via E-Wallet?

To be able to top up via e-wallet, users must first complete basic verification.

Make sure the e-wallet number to be used is the same as the number registered on the Pluang account.

Make sure the transaction you made has been recorded in the "History" menu with the description "Top Up" on the Pluang application..

The minimum top up amount using e-wallet is IDR 10,000,- excluding top up fees.

There is no maximum top up amount to the Pluang application. However, please note that each E-wallet has different provisions regarding the maximum transaction amount, so please check your e-wallet first!
