What is Long and Short in Crypto Futures?

In Crypto Futures trading there are two types of strategies, namely Long positions and Short positions.

1. Long: A strategy to open a Crypto Futures position when a user buys a crypto asset and believes its price will rise in the future. So when the price of the underlying asset rises, the user can sell it to make a profit.

2. Short: Short is the opposite of long, where users will open a position because they expect the price to fall. By using short, users can still make a profit when the crypto price is falling.
