Why hasn't my withdrawal process been received?

Make sure the account number for the withdrawal is correct and still active/can be used.

The withdrawal process takes 1-3 working days, so check your account transaction history regularly.

Make sure that your withdrawal is not less than IDR 10,000 for withdrawals to a bank account. This minimum limit is outside the withdrawal fee of IDR 4,500.

Pluang sets the maximum withdrawal limit at Rp 2,000,000,000/day. If you’ve reached the maximum limit for the day, you could wait until the next day to do more withdrawal.

Please note that each bank has different regulations regarding the maximum transaction amount, so please check with your bank first!

Withdrawals may take longer if the transaction requires further verification through the EDD process or updating of customer profile data. This process takes a maximum of 3 business days.

Withdrawal of funds with the status "Completed" or successful means that the withdrawal of funds has been successfully processed from Pluang's side and forwarded to the payment gateway side and then processed to the recipient bank (user's bank account).

The process on the payment gateway sometimes takes longer depending on the inter-bank process used.
