New features include Verified Pre-approval linked to home searches, a shared workspace for co-buyers, and Zillow Preview, which lets sellers showcase homes before listing. These tools aim to reduce confusion and speed up the home buying process amid rising mortgage rates and market uncertainty. The hub is available on iOS and Android, with more features rolling out soon to Zillow.com.
