XA Investments to advise $91M Evanston Multi-Alpha Fund, expanding alternative investment access.

XA Investments LLC will become the investment adviser to the Evanston Multi-Alpha Fund, a $91 million closed-end tender offer fund, pending approvals. Evanston Capital Management will remain as portfolio manager, focusing on multi-strategy hedge fund investments. The partnership aims to broaden investor access to institutional-quality alternative strategies and plans to convert the Fund to a daily NAV interval fund by mid-2027 to simplify investor purchases. This move expands XA Investments' fund offerings from three to four and supports growth through enhanced operations and distribution expertise.
