
Workday introduced Sana for IT Service Management (ITSM) and a new Travel Agent to automate employee IT support and integrate travel planning, booking, and expenses into one platform. Sana for ITSM automates workflows like onboarding, access changes, and IT requests using Workday's existing employee data and policies. The Travel Agent simplifies business travel by coordinating schedules, booking trips, and automatically managing expenses within company policies. Both tools leverage Workday's AI and governance models, aiming to boost productivity and reduce manual tasks. Sana for ITSM will be available to early adopters in late 2026, while the Travel Agent is already in early access with general availability planned this year.
