Vertiv and CPower have teamed up to help U.S. data centers enhance grid capacity and resilience by integrating battery energy storage systems (BESS) and other on-site energy assets into grid services. Their collaboration includes a pilot project at Vertiv's Ohio center, combining BESS, solar, hydrogen fuel cells, and UPS systems to generate demand response revenue and optimize microgrid performance.
