Upbit has removed the trading warning on Taiko (TAIKO) following a thorough review of a June security breach and the project's response. The exchange will resume TAIKO deposits across three markets and process delayed transfers sequentially. Despite the warning removal, Upbit cautions traders about potential price volatility as deposits reopen, noting possible sharp price moves due to differences with overseas exchanges. This decision follows a 32-day review period after a $1.7 million exploit on Taiko's Ethereum layer-2 bridge, which led to halted deposits and network activity. Upbit and Bithumb have both lifted warnings and are restoring services as Taiko's network stabilizes, but users are advised to remain vigilant as risks remain.
