The Procure Space ETF (UFO) has surpassed $500 million in assets and is updating its benchmark index, now called the VettaFi Space Index, effective May 15. This new index methodology allows immediate inclusion of mega-cap IPOs like SpaceX, projected to debut with a valuation over $1.5 trillion in mid-2026. This change will shift UFO's portfolio to include a dominant industry leader while maintaining exposure to high-growth space companies. The ETF has gained 35% year-to-date and has a strong five-year annualized return of 14%, reflecting growing investor interest in the space economy.
