TGX-007 uses a proprietary Synthetic Super-Enhancer platform to selectively kill tumor cells and activate immune response, aiming to provide a one-time treatment with lasting protection. The trial will assess safety, optimal dosing, and efficacy in newly diagnosed and recurrent glioblastoma patients, with potential to expand to other solid tumors. Early clinical data will guide further development of this innovative cancer therapy.
