Trillion Energy International has agreed to sell all shares of its subsidiary Park Place Energy Turkiye, which holds licenses for the South Akcakoca Sub-Basin gas project and Cendere oil field in Turkey. The sale transfers about $20 million in liabilities to the buyer, while Trillion retains a 7% gross overriding royalty on future production revenues. This deal removes legacy liabilities from Trillion's balance sheet and reduces ongoing capital commitments, while preserving long-term income potential through royalties. The royalty activates after $7.5 million in cumulative revenues and applies to any future sale of the licenses.
