A Manhattan judge approved the transfer of 30,766 ETH (about $71 million) from Arbitrum DAO to Aave LLC following the Kelp DAO exploit, after Arbitrum delegates voted overwhelmingly in favor. Although the funds can move, Aave agreed to remain bound by a restraining notice, meaning terrorism creditors linked to North Korea retain legal claims on the ETH. This transfer is part of a larger DeFi recovery effort after a $292 million hack, but the court has yet to decide the final ownership amid ongoing lawsuits.
