TG Therapeutics announced positive Phase 1 results for subcutaneous BRIUMVI in treating myasthenia gravis, with 82% of patients showing meaningful improvement. The company also initiated a Phase 2 trial to evaluate BRIUMVI as maintenance therapy following induction with efgartigimod, aiming to combine rapid symptom relief with sustained disease control. This novel sequential treatment approach could reduce treatment burden and offer a new paradigm for managing myasthenia gravis. Full Phase 1 results will be presented at a future medical meeting.
