TG Therapeutics published post-hoc data from Phase 3 ULTIMATE I & II trials showing BRIUMVI (ublituximab) significantly reduces annualized relapse rate by 56.7% compared to teriflunomide in treatment-naïve relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS) patients. The drug also improved disability outcomes, MRI markers, and disease activity measures, especially when used early after symptom onset. These results support using high-efficacy therapies like BRIUMVI early in RMS to improve long-term patient outcomes. The trials involved 1,094 patients over 96 weeks and were published in Frontiers in Immunology.
