Tether froze more than $514 million worth of USDT on Ethereum and Tron blockchains in the past 30 days, with about $506 million on Tron and $8.7 million on Ethereum. This is part of a growing trend, as Tether blacklisted over 4,100 addresses and froze $1.26 billion in 2025 alone. The company actively removes suspicious funds, permanently destroying over half of frozen USDT from last year.
