Terra Innovatum secures long-term steam turbine supply from Howden for micro-modular reactors.

Terra Innovatum has signed a long-term agreement with Howden, a Chart Industries company, to supply steam turbines and generators for its SOLO™ micro-modular nuclear reactors. This partnership supports Terra Innovatum's first deployment in Illinois by 2027 and plans for global commercialization starting in 2028. The collaboration leverages Howden's proven turbine technology to reduce technical risks and enable scalable power output from 3 to 15 MWe using a common turbine platform. This deal strengthens Terra Innovatum's supply chain and accelerates the industrial rollout of its innovative, scalable nuclear power solutions aimed at diverse applications including data centers, industrial facilities, and remote mini-grids.
