The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has partially revoked a cease trade order against Tenet Fintech Group Inc. that was issued due to the company's failure to file required documents on time. This partial revocation allows Tenet to proceed with a previously announced private placement, aiming to raise up to $2.76 million by issuing 55.2 million shares at $0.05 each. The private placement will be offered to accredited investors in Canada and offshore jurisdictions under prospectus exemptions. However, all shares issued will remain subject to a hold period and the partial revocation does not guarantee a full lifting of the trading restrictions. Tenet plans to complete the financing soon and will update the market accordingly.
