Phase 3 trial shows Johnson & Johnson's dual-target myeloma therapy cuts progression risk by 89%.

Johnson & Johnson announced positive Phase 3 MonumenTAL-6 trial results for its dual antigen therapy TECVAYLI + TALVEY in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma patients. The combination significantly improved progression-free and overall survival, reducing disease progression or death risk by 89%, the lowest hazard ratio seen in such studies. This strengthens J&J's leadership in immunotherapy for multiple myeloma and may expand treatment options earlier in the disease course. Full data will be presented at a future medical meeting.
