STMicroelectronics has begun volume production and delivery of STM32 microcontrollers fully manufactured in China, starting with the high-performance STM32H7 series. This move enhances ST's global supply chain strategy by localizing production, ensuring supply security and faster response for Chinese customers. Additional series, including STM32H5 and entry-level STM32C5, are planned for mass production by the end of 2026. The localized supply chain covers wafer fabrication, packaging, and testing, maintaining global quality standards through a partnership with Huahong and local assembly partners in Shenzhen.
