SOLAI Limited has completed the acquisition of a 51% equity stake in NEURALAND PTE. LTD., a Singapore-based personal AI node designer and manufacturer. The deal was settled by issuing over 1.16 billion new shares valued at approximately $9.18 million to AIPICO Global Limited, the selling shareholder. This strategic move enhances SOLAI's position in the personal AI computing market by integrating NEURALAND's hardware and software expertise. The acquisition aligns with SOLAI's shift from blockchain mining to building foundational infrastructure for personal AI and digital ecosystems globally.
