SOLAI Limited (formerly BIT Mining Limited) received a notice from the NYSE on July 16, 2026, about its ADSs being delisted due to the company's market capitalization falling below the $15 million requirement. Trading of its ADSs was suspended the same day. The company is considering appealing the decision and expects to have its shares quoted on the OTC Markets, which may offer less liquidity.
