ServiceNow reported first-quarter earnings that slightly exceeded Wall Street expectations, with adjusted earnings per share of 97 cents and revenue of $3.77 billion, up 22% year-over-year. The company noted that the ongoing conflict in the Middle East caused a 75 basis point drag on subscription revenue growth due to delayed deal closings. Despite this, ServiceNow raised its fiscal 2026 subscription revenue forecast to between $15.74 billion and $15.78 billion, up from prior guidance. The company is also expanding its AI offerings and recently completed a $7.75 billion acquisition of cybersecurity firm Armis, aiming to strengthen its position as an "AI control tower."
