The XRP Ledger has released its v3.2.0 server software upgrade aimed at reducing costs and improving stability for institutional users. While about 43% of all active nodes run v3.2.0, the older v3.1.3 version still leads with 51%. However, 89% of the trusted Unique Node List validators have upgraded, surpassing the 80% threshold needed for network activation. A separate security amendment, fixCleanup3_2_0, which includes important fixes for new features like lending and multi-purpose tokens, is still under voting and has not yet reached the required support. Validators must upgrade and vote for the amendment to avoid being cut off from the network once it activates.
