Revolution Medicines announced updated Phase 1 clinical data for zoldonrasib, an oral inhibitor targeting KRAS G12D mutation in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients previously treated with chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The trial showed a 52% confirmed response rate and a 93% disease control rate, with manageable side effects mostly mild in severity. Median progression-free survival was 11.1 months, and early survival outcomes appear encouraging. These results support further development of zoldonrasib as a targeted therapy for RAS G12D-driven cancers, addressing a significant unmet medical need.
