Resmed acquires Noctrix Health, adding FDA-cleared therapy for Restless Legs Syndrome to its sleep health portfolio

Resmed has completed its acquisition of Noctrix Health, expanding its clinical sleep health offerings to include treatment for Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS), the third most common sleep disorder. Noctrix's Nidra® Tonic Motor Activation (TOMAC) Therapy is an FDA De Novo classified, non-drug treatment that helps adults with moderate-to-severe RLS who have not responded well to medication. This acquisition allows Resmed to scale this innovative therapy, improve patient access, and integrate it with its existing digital health and connected device solutions to enhance sleep care. The move supports Resmed's 2030 strategy to broaden its impact on sleep and home health technologies.
