Resmed completes acquisition of Noctrix Health, adding FDA-approved therapy for Restless Legs Syndrome.

Resmed has finalized its acquisition of Noctrix Health, expanding its clinical sleep health portfolio to include treatment for Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS), the third most common sleep disorder. Noctrix's Nidra® Tonic Motor Activation (TOMAC) Therapy is an FDA De Novo classified, non-drug treatment designed to alleviate moderate-to-severe RLS symptoms and improve sleep quality. This acquisition allows Resmed to integrate TOMAC therapy into its connected health devices, broadening patient access and enhancing care. The move supports Resmed's 2030 strategy to innovate in sleep health and improve patient outcomes globally.
