Remix Therapeutics announced positive Phase 1/2 trial results for REM-422, a novel oral MYB mRNA degrader, in patients with recurrent or metastatic adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC). The trial showed a 43% overall response rate at the recommended Phase 2 dose, with durable responses lasting over a year and a 100% disease control rate. REM-422 was well tolerated with mostly mild side effects. These promising results support further development of REM-422 as a potential treatment for ACC, a cancer with limited therapeutic options.
