Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and Telix Pharmaceuticals have entered a strategic collaboration to jointly develop and commercialize next-generation radiopharmaceutical therapies targeting solid tumors. The partnership combines Regeneron's antibody discovery and oncology expertise with Telix's radiopharmaceutical development and manufacturing capabilities. Telix will receive $40 million upfront for four initial programs, with options for additional programs and milestone payments up to $2.1 billion, sharing costs and profits equally with Regeneron. This collaboration aims to advance precision oncology treatments, including radio-diagnostics for patient selection and treatment monitoring, potentially improving options for hard-to-treat cancers like lung cancer.
