Pratt & Whitney Canada has officially opened a new manufacturing facility in Nouaceur, Morocco, to strengthen its global supply chain and increase production capacity for aircraft engines, including the PT6 family. The 130,000-square-foot plant will create around 200 jobs by 2030 and is designed with advanced digital systems and lean manufacturing principles to ensure quality and efficiency. This expansion supports growing customer demand and reinforces Morocco's role in the aerospace industry. Pratt & Whitney's sister company, Collins Aerospace, also operates in Morocco, collectively employing about 250 workers in the region.
