PMET Resources has made significant progress on its Shaakichiuwaanaan lithium-tantalum-caesium project in Quebec, submitting the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) to federal and provincial authorities. The federal ESIA is deemed complete, with public consultation ongoing until May 28, 2026. The company is also advancing an updated feasibility study and a bulk sample application, targeting shovel-ready status by year-end. Access to low-cost renewable power from Hydro Quebec's nearby La Grande 4 station further supports the project's development, positioning it as a major North American critical minerals supplier.
