Philips-led consortium to provide remote hospital-level care at home for 15,000 patients annually in Stockholm.

Royal Philips and partners Cuviva and Vingmed won a tender from Region Stockholm to deliver advanced remote monitoring for complex patients at home. This up to eight-year program will serve over 2 million people, enabling hospital-level care through digital monitoring, video consultations, and real-time data sharing. The initiative aims to reduce hospital pressure, address workforce shortages, and improve equitable access to care in urban and remote areas. It represents a scalable model for connected, patient-centered healthcare in Sweden and potentially Europe.
