Swiss sneaker maker On Holding has named its co-founders David Allemann and Caspar Coppetti as co-CEOs, replacing Martin Hoffmann after five years as CEO. This leadership change comes as the company prepares for its next growth phase, following a recent forecast of slower sales growth that caused shares to drop. Hoffmann will remain an advisor until 2027, while new CFO Frank Sluis and President Scott Maguire also take on roles from May 1. On aims to scale globally and continue taking market share from competitors like Nike and Adidas with its premium, innovative products.
