Exor N.V. announced that Benoît Ribadeau-Dumas will become Deputy Chief Executive Officer starting July 1, 2026, reporting to CEO John Elkann. Elkann will also take on a new role as Chair of Lingotto, Exor's London-based investment management company. COO Suzanne Heywood plans to step down from her executive duties in January 2027 to pursue other opportunities but will remain involved in Exor's governance through board roles at CNH, Iveco Group, The Economist Group, and Christian Louboutin. These leadership changes reflect Exor's ongoing focus on company performance and growth opportunities within its portfolio.
