OpenText announced that James McGourlay will move from Interim CEO to President, Chief Client Officer, effective April 20, 2026. In this role, he will lead global client experience, professional services, and renewals, supporting the company's growth and cloud migration efforts. Paul Duggan will step down as President, Chief Customer Officer but remain as Executive VP, Special Advisor until July 1, 2026. This leadership change aims to strengthen OpenText's client engagement and position in enterprise AI data management.
