Ondo Finance has teamed up with Broadridge Financial Solutions to allow holders of over 250 tokenized stocks and ETFs to submit voting preferences. Broadridge will provide essential governance documents and investor communications to token holders, enhancing transparency and engagement. This partnership supports Ondo's effort to gain SEC clarity on recording securities interests as Ethereum-based tokens, aiming to expand the definition of holding tokenized equities. The integration also allows voting preferences to be weighted by token ownership and potentially combined with traditional investor votes.
