The retrospective study of 46 pediatric patients found that epoprostenol maintained circuit performance without increasing bleeding risk or need for blood-pressure support. This offers a new option for patients unsuitable for conventional anticoagulants and supports broader use of Aquadex therapy in pediatric critical care. Nuwellis provided funding only for publication costs, with no research funding.
