Nuvalent presents key trial data for neladalkib and zidesamtinib in advanced ALK- and ROS1-positive cancers at ASCO 2026

Nuvalent announced pivotal data for neladalkib in TKI pre-treated advanced ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) from the ALKOVE-1 trial, supporting its recent FDA NDA submission and ongoing Phase 3 ALKAZAR trial. Additionally, preliminary data for zidesamtinib in advanced ROS1-positive solid tumors other than NSCLC from the ARROS-1 trial showed promising response rates and tolerability. These results highlight potential new treatment options for patients with resistant or difficult-to-treat cancers, with further clinical development and data presentations planned at the 2026 ASCO meeting.
