NUE Power and Green Harbor form JV to speed turbine supply and financing for AI and data center power in North America

NUE Power Corp. and Green Harbor Partners have formed a 50/50 joint venture to combine Korean turbine supply with site development and GPU financing for large power customers in Canada and the US. This JV addresses critical supply chain delays in turbines needed for AI and data centers by leveraging Green Harbor's strong Korean manufacturer relationships, enabling faster delivery than typical Western timelines. NUE will handle site development and interconnection, while Green Harbor provides equipment procurement and financing. This partnership aims to streamline project delivery and financing under one platform, accelerating infrastructure build-out for AI and high-performance computing loads. The JV is subject to final agreements and regulatory approvals.
