Novartis announced it will expand its community health programs targeting heart disease and cancer from 11 to over 30 countries by 2030. The initiatives include Inclusive Health Accelerators in five U.S. cities to improve cancer care access, Community Health Initiatives in low- and middle-income countries to speed diagnosis and treatment, and the CARDIO4Cities program using real-time data to improve heart health in 23 countries. These programs aim to close care gaps in underserved communities by enhancing prevention, early detection, and follow-up care, building on successful pilot projects that improved hypertension control and treatment rates.
