Novartis is expanding its community health programs targeting heart disease and cancer care from 11 to over 30 countries by 2030. The initiative includes three models: Inclusive Health Accelerators in five U.S. cities focusing on cancer care access, Community Health Initiatives in low- and middle-income countries to speed diagnosis and treatment, and CARDIO4Cities, which uses real-time data to improve heart health in urban areas. These programs aim to close healthcare gaps in underserved populations by enhancing prevention, early detection, and follow-up care, building on successful pilot projects that improved treatment rates and health outcomes. This expansion addresses slowing progress in chronic disease management globally and seeks sustainable solutions for better healthcare access.
